Return/Refund/Restocking:

Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
The “AbdoMend Bikini Belt” and “Hem It In Belt” are considered undergarments and Canadian law prohibits the return of such products if opened.
There will be a $20 restocking fee on returned items that are unused and unopened.
We have tried to ensure that sizing is easy and accurate, however, if sizing is an issue, an exchange will be made in a timely manner (usually within 5 business days upon receipt of return). Upon receipt of your AbdoMend product, try on the belt over your clothing for sizing. Should a return be necessary fasten the belt and refold it flat, then place the belt in its original packaging. Approval for all exchanges/returns will be at the sole discretion of AbdoMend Canada.

Write your order number on the outside of package for easier exchange or return of unopened unused item.
Shipping for all returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the purchaser.
A tracking number from shipper for all returned items is necessary.
After 30 days, exchanges/returns for any reason will not be accepted.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ABDOMEND CANADA’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.
